Thanks for joining me here at Sip Into Savings. I am thrilled to be a part of your journey towards achieving Financial Wellness. I have been discussing Personal Finance with various people for almost 20 years now including my spouse, family, community, peers, and clients. Although many people shy away from discussing money, it is one of my favorite topics, and I am always enthusiastic to share my knowledge on Financial Wellness.

I would like to explain why I have chosen this particular picture of a long road with changing fall leaves. To me, this image represents how I perceive wellness. It's not a single habit or change we make, but rather a continuous journey we embark on. Wellness is a state of mind that brings peace and positive changes to our lives. At times, our path may not be clear and may seem foggy with uncertainty. However, when our financial lives are in order, we are better equipped to deal with the unknown with less stress. Financial Wellness is not just about having a budget or financial literacy; it's about finding your unique path to wellness. This path will be different for each individual.
I am thrilled to collaborate with you this year to bring Sip into Savings to life. I have spent the last few years refining my business plan and envisioning how I can make a positive impact on my community. My goal is to provide you with excellent free resources, videos, and literature, all of which will help you broaden your understanding of personal finance. Your journey to Financial Wellness may include a Budget, Savings goals, and developing your Personal Finance literacy, but it will also be so much more. Whenever I share a resource or an article, and you are already familiar with it, I encourage you to pass it on to someone else who may benefit from that knowledge. It’s my hope that together we can help others build a strong financial foundation.
